We strive to provide the best service possible, but if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request revisions or a refund. Refunds are only eligible if the final product has not been used. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a valid reason. Refund processing may take up to 5-10 business days. HibaMotion reserves the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet our policy requirements.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client has approved and downloaded the final files.
- The request is made beyond the refund eligibility period.
- The dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than objective quality issues.
- The client has used the delivered work in any form.
HibaMotion is committed to client satisfaction and will offer revisions to ensure the final result meets expectations. However, excessive revision requests beyond reasonable limits may incur additional charges.
